Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Essential: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounts data management in the social and private sector.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in the development of accounting packages, system analysis, and computer programming.
    • Proficiency in Data Analytical Tools, Accounting Tools, and Data Analysis software.
    • Experience working on the Government PFMS Portal.
    • Efficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

2. Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 50 years as of the last date of submitting the application.

3. Other Requirements

  • The consultant must be ready to travel extensively to State/District/Block/Village levels.
  • Fixed per diem allowance for travel expenses will be provided as per NHSRC rules.

Scope of Work

The Finance Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  1. Consolidating and managing financial data received from States/UTs regarding NHM central grants.
  2. Analyzing funds released and utilized; monitoring FMRs (Financial Management Reports) and SFPs (State Financial Plans).
  3. Creating technical databases and generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports (Budget head-wise, State-wise, etc.).
  4. Handling data support for Parliament Questions, RTI, CAG audits, and VIP references.
  5. Conducting training and capacity building for data management in States/UTs.
  6. Uploading sanction orders and updating web content.

Contract & Remuneration Details

  • Period: Initially up to 31st March 2027 (Likely to be extended based on performance).
  • Probation: First 3 months are on a probation basis.
  • Notice Period: Either party can terminate the contract with one month's written notice.
  • Benefits: No other benefits (subsidy, compensation, pension) are applicable. The consultant is liable to pay taxes on the remuneration.
