Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Finance Controller: MBA (Finance) / CA / PGDBM (Finance) / PGDBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute.
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of experience in social sector, private, or government sector covering financial management operations, government accounting, funds flow management, utilization certificates, and scheme-wise expenditure reporting in a government setup.
• Age Limit: Up to 60 years of age on the last date of submitting the application.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process may include a Written Test with a minimum qualifying mark of 70% if included in the recruitment process.
• Candidates shortlisted based on qualifications and experience will be evaluated further.
• If the written test is held, candidates scoring below 70% will not be considered for the next stage.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.

Employment Terms & Conditions

• The position is purely on a contractual basis up to 31st March 2027, subject to extension based on performance and organizational requirement.
• The first three months will be on a probation basis.
• The consultant shall not be entitled to any benefits such as subsidy, compensation, or pension except as expressly provided in the consultancy agreement.
• The consultant shall be liable to pay applicable taxes on the remuneration received.
• The consultant should be ready to travel extensively to State, District, Block, and village levels.
• The consultancy can be terminated by either party by giving a one-month written notice.
