Educational Qualification: Chief General Manager (Admin & HR): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institute: and 17 years’ regular service in the post carrying substantive of Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix or equivalent level or higher; out of which 10 years experience in Administration or Establishment or Human Resources or Personnel Management. Chief General Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute: and 17 years’ regular service in the post carrying substantive Pay Scale of Level-10 (56100- 177500) of Pay Matrix or equivalent level or higher out of which at least 10 years experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition. General Manager (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute: and 14 years’ post qualification experience out of which at least 06 years’ experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/arbitration/ legislative matters/land acquisition.

Pay Scale: INR 123100-218200/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 58 Years.
