Educational Qualification:
Director:
(i) Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or institute.
(ii) Experience: Three years experience in establishment or personnel matters or purchase or finance matters.
Joint Director:
(i) Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from recognised University or institute.
(ii) Experience: Three years experience in establishment or personnel matters or purchase or finance matters.
Deputy Director:
(i) Essential qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or institute.
(ii) Experience: Four years experience in establishment or personnel matters or purchase or finance matters etc.
Assistant Director (Official Language):
(i) Master’s degree from a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or.
(ii) Master’s degree from a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
Pay Scale:
INR
56100-215900/- Per Month.
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.
