Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Administrative Officer: Graduate Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years experience at Level 7 or equivalent in a Central Government Organization or similar.
- Finance Officer: Graduate Degree in Commerce with 5 years regular service in finance and accounts cadre at Level-7 or equivalent.
- PS to Director: Graduate Degree with minimum typing speed 40 WPM English, 30 WPM Hindi, stenography 80 WPM, and 5 years experience as Personal Assistant.
- Admin Assistant: Graduate Degree in any discipline with 2 years experience in Government/Semi-Government organizations.
- Finance Assistant: Graduate Degree in Commerce with 2 years experience in Government/Semi-Government organizations.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Applications will be scrutinized, and eligible candidates will be called for a written examination. The written test may be conducted directly by NIF or through a Central Government agency. Final selection is based on performance in the written exam as per NIF Recruitment Rules, 2026. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test.
