Sub: Filling up the vacant technical posts under T-3 grade on an inter-institutional transfer basis at ICAR- National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management, Baramati-reg.

3. Eligibility Criteria:
a) The Technical personnel appointed in ICAR against the entry level post of Technical Assistant (T-3)under category-II of T SR and having atleast 05 (five) years of regular service in the pay level-5 of 7th CPC.
b) The officials appointed on DR mode in T-3 grade, but subsequently promoted to higher grads on 5-yearly assessment basis will also be considered against T-3 vacancy.
c) The employees should have completed five years of regular service as on the date of calling of applications i.e. 17.03.2022, except in case where the request is being made on medical/working spouse grounds, etc.
d) The above eligibility mentioned at point no. 1 to 3 should be in the respective Functuibak Group only and also against the reservation points. However, the DR vacancies meant for UR/OBC, the candidates/officials of any category (UR/OBC/SC/ST) whall be eligible for transfer through inter-institutional transfer basis.
e) The terms & conditions for Inter-lnstitutional transfer will be governed as laid down in the Council's letter TS-19(01)/2002-Estt.lV dated 19.03.2020 & dated

2. Incomplete applications and those received after the prescribed due date and not forwarded through proper channel or without APAR Dossiers and certificates as described above, will not be entertained.
3. The Director ICAR-NIASM, Baramati reserves the right either to fill up or otherwise without assigning any reason thereof.
