Business Executive and Various Posts

Educational Qualification:
Innovation (Scaling Specialist): M.Sc / Ph.D in Fisheries Extension/ any other discipline of Fisheries Science/Agriculture Extension.

Innovation (Research Fellow): M.Sc or Ph.D. in Fisheries Extension/Agricultural Extension with research experience in innovation systems; Understanding of Research methodologies in innovation assessment and validation, startup ecosystem; Research publication experience; Data analysis and report writing, Documentation; Ability to conduct independent research; Capacity to work with entrepreneurs; Experience in working with startups; understanding of business aspects of innovation.

Business Executive: MBA or Equivalent Master's degree in Fisheries / Agriculture from a recognized university. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong literacy in computer, MS Office and the Internet. Minimum two years’ experience is preferred.

Content Developer: Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism with demonstrated experience in fisheries/agriculture content; Minimum 2 years of experience in content development and management; Strong proficiency in content writing and editing, digital content creation, social media management, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), video editing, website content management, digital marketing basics.

Designer: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design with experience in operating designing tools. Skill in video editing. Minimum one year o f experience is preferred with required digital design Competencies.

Project Assistant: Bachelor's degree in any stream with diploma in fisheries/aquaculture or any graduate with minimum one year experience in fisheries projects/programs/ incubation centre, data entry and documentation; computer applications; file management; maintain records and files; coordinate with startups for basic requirements; support program execution; proficiency in MS Office, basic file management.
