Educational Qualification:
Scientist Grade-I: Medical:
(i) MBBS from MCI recognized Medical College.
(ii) PG Medical Degree in the field of Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion/Pharmacology/ Bacteriology/ Serology /Hematology from the recognized University.
Scientist Grade-II Medical (Essential):
i) MBBS from MCI recognized Medical College.
ii) PG Medical degree in the field of Microbiology/ Biochemistry /Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion /Pharmacology/Bacteriology/Serology/Hematology from the recognized University and
iii) Five years' relevant experience after acquiring essential qualification.
Junior Scientist: Master in Microbiology/Clinical Microbiology Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry /Bacteriology/Pharmacology/Serology/ Molecular Biology/ Physiology from any recognized university with at least 60% marks.
Assistant-II:
(a) 12th Class pass with 50% marks with Arts/Commerce/Science subject from a recognized Board or University,
(b) Accurate typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on Computer, 35 WPM correspond to 10,500 KDPH and 30 WPM correspond to 9000 KDPH. Note: Candidate with Bachelor degree & professional qualification in Certificate in HR/MM/Account with Computer Science/IT will be preferred.

INR
19900-215900/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.

The National Institute of Biologicals (NIB) is an APEX autonomous Institute under the administrative control of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India engaged in Quality Control Evaluation of various biological products like vaccines, blood products, blood reagents, sera, Immuno-diagnostic kits etc. produced and imported in to India. The Institute is spread over an area of 18.4 acres of land with various buildings have already been constructed in the Campus. It was set up in 1992 as a society (vide No. S-22590) under the Societies Registration Act 1860, for Quality Control of indigenously produced and imported biological products. Initially financial assistance in setting up the institute was provided by USAID and OECF - Japan.
