Eligible candidates are invited to attend the written/skill test/Interview for the under mentioned posts of NIEPVD on 14th Jan, 2022 from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya National Institute For The Persons With Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), 4- Vishnu Digamber Marg, New Delhi-110001. The registration will close at 10.30 am. Advertisement No. 5-2/2021-08-Advt 1. Name of the Posts: Consultant Senior LecturerNBER 2. No. of Posts: 01 3. Qualifications: a) Essential: Master Degree at least 55 % of the marks from a recognized University/Institute. B.Ed(Spl. Education)/ D.Ed (Spl. Education) in Visual Impairment. 05 Years experience in examination work in any Institution in disability area. Registration with RCI b) Desirable: M. Ed Special Education. Knowledge of MS Office & Others Data Entry Software’s and Internet service 4. Monthly Remuneration: 45,000/- 5. Period: 11 Months

Selection Procedure
Thereafter, the selection process of all eligible candidates who had registered for the walk-in written/skill test/interview will continue till 06:30 pm. In this light, all candidates are requested to be prepared accordingly.
How to Apply:
The candidate should report at selection centre i.e. Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya National Institute For The Persons With Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), 4- Vishnu Digamber Marg, New Delhi - 110001. on 14th Jan, 2022 between 9.30 am. to 10.30 am for the registration process. Please note that the registration window shall close at 10.30 a.m.
Important Instructions:
1. The neat and clean application should be submitted during the registration for the walk-in written/skill test giving full particulars as sought in the advertisement.
2. Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (nonrefundable) drawn in favor of the Director, NIEPVD, payable at Dehradun must accompany with the application without which the application will not be considered. The Demand Draft should not be drawn before the date of issuing this advertisement. Candidate must write their name and post applied for on the reverse of the demand draft. Persons with Disability (Divyangjan) are exempted from the above fee.
3. The duly filled applications (Copy at Annexure must be submitted by the candidates during the registration process on the date of written/skill test i.e. 14.01.2022. The application must invariably be accompanied by self-attested copies of certificates, degrees, mark sheets, and testimonials in support of qualifications, age, and experience failing which application will be rejected straightway. No query will be entertained after receipt of the application.
4. The NIEPVD reserves the right to:
(a) Conduct written and/ or trade test for the post wherever the circumstances so warranted or may fix a criterion after taking into the qualification and experience of the applicants
(b) not to fill any or all the advertised positions
(c) fill up consequential vacancies including additional posts arising at the time of selection for available candidates by direct recruitment
(d) reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof
(e) any edition/deletion and changes in matter of terms and conditions given in this notification of recruitment
(f) Increase/ Decrease the number of posts without giving any reason. The number of positions is thus open to change.
5. A person employed in Government /Semi-Government Organisation/ Autonomous Bodies should submit their application through proper channel with Vigilance clearance. However, they may send an advance copy of the application. Those who are unable to process their application through the proper channel may submit ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC)’.
6. Canvassing in any form on behalf of any candidate will disqualify such a candidate.
7. NIEPVD strives to have a workforce that reflects gender balance and women candidates are encouraged to apply.
8. In case any mistake in the selection process is detected, the Institute reserves the right to modify/ withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.
9. The Director, NIEPVD Dehradun reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post(s) without assigning any reason thereof.
10. Any dispute with regard to the selection/recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over Dehradun.
