Educational Qualification: Media Assistant: a) Masters degree in Mass Communications/Mass Media/Journalism with specialization or experience in media and communications or any other relevant post graduate degree. b) Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in digital designing and computer art, communications, content writing, marketing, and social media strategy in the field of human rights/development. Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator: a) Master Degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Psychology or Ph.D in relevant. b) At least 4 years’ experience in working with implementation-based developmental organization/s, to conduct research and/or designing robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems. Senior IT Officer: a. M.Tech/M.E/B.E./B.Tech in IT, CSE, ECE/MCA in IT/ computer science from any recognized University/ Institution b. 3 year experience in relevant field c. Experience in web application development, database management and LMS d. Knowledge in programming i.e. .NET, PHP, Python. IT Assistant/Maintenance Officer: a. B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E. / B. Tech/MCA in IT/ computer science from any recognized University/ Institution. b. 2 year experience in relevant field Project Officer: a. Masters’ degree in Social Work/Psychology. b. At least 3 years’ experience (post to essential qualification) in directly working with children, with a minimum of 1 year working in state child protection systems and/or child care institutions.
