Educational Qualification: Site Manager: MSc or MA in Psychology. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Desirable qualification: MSc or MA in Psychology with work experience in mental health. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Field Worker: BSc or BA in Psychology or BA in Counselling Psychology with work experience in mental health. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Desirable qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW) with work experience in mental health. Work experience in conducting surveys and interviewing. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Project Manager: MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work or MPhil in Clinical Psychology. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Desirable qualification: MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work or MPhil in Clinical Psychology with work experience in mental health. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Senior Research Fellow (Medical): MBBS graduate. The applicant should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Kannada and English. Desirable qualification: MBBS degree with experience of having worked in a forensic medicine or casualty setup.
