Educational Qualification:
Project Manager: M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work/Psychology with 5 years experience or MSW/Psychology with 7-10 years of experience in the field of mental health. Candidates with experience in coordinating programs and experience in the field of Suicide Prevention are preferred.
Graphic Designer: B.Sc in Animation & Multimedia/ Animation & Graphic Design/ Animation, Graphics & Web-design Candidates with experience in web-designing, animations with related to mental health is desirable. Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil language is preferred.
Senior Research Associate: M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work/Psychology with minimum 1 year experience or MSW/Psychology with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of mental health. Experience in suicide prevention and workplace mental health preferred. Fluency in English, and Tamil (Read & Write, Speak), Kannada (Speak) is essential.
Research Fellow-Quantitative: Candidates with a Master degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Anthropology, epidemiology or master’s degree in allied fields with at least two years of experience are welcome to apply. Expected skills and training- Familiarity with Research methodologies, Qualitative research skills, Data collection techniques, and Community engagement strategies. Candidates should be comfortable using all basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and trained in data analysis software such as NVivo/Atlasti. Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
Scientific Content Lead: Any Master’s degree with flair in scientific content writing. Candidates with research experience and research writing are preferred. English, Kannada and Tamil desirable.
Pay Scale:
INR
40000-80000/- Per Month
