National Institute of Malaria Research (NIMR) Invites Application for Insect Collector Recruitment 2022

ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research will conduct walk-in-interview / written tests on the below mentioned purely temporary project posts, tenable at ICMR-NIMR for the period as mentioned below. Candidates possessing required essential qualifications, experience and age criteria may attend walk-ininterview / written test at ICMR – NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MALARIA RESEARCH, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi, on the date as indicated in the schedule below along with the filled-in prescribed application form and supporting documents for proof of date of birth, qualifications and experience.

1. Name of Post: Insect Collector

2. No. of Post: 04 (01 OBC,01 SC, 02 UR)

3. Salary (fixed) In Rs. pm: Rs. 16,000/- Per month fixed

4. Essential / Desirable qualification and Experience: 

a) Essential Qualification: High School* Or equivalent with one year experience in related field from a Government Institution or Recognized Institute Or certificate of one year training in the relevant area Or ITI Or National Trade Certificate of National Council for Vocational Training and successful completion of ATS in relevant trade from a Government recognized board. *Intermediate with Science subjects shall be treated as equivalent to 2 years' experience.

b) Desirable: Experience in collection, field survey experience in vector borne disease, Identification, rearing.

5. Project Title: “Studies on bionomics of An. culicifacies in relation to transmission of malaria and its control/elimination in western Rajasthan"

6. Place of work: Delhi/Western Rajasthan

7. Duration: Upto 25.07.2022
