Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Field Investigator (FI)
- Essential Qualification: Post-graduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Post-graduate in Anthropology, Sociology, Environmental Studies, Social Work, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with field-based qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Odia (spoken and written) and basic communication skills in English.
- Willingness to stay and work in remote rural areas during fieldwork.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 32 years, with relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD/Female applicants and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer).
Salary / Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of INR 20,000.00 per month. The position is purely temporary/contractual and will end with the completion of the project.

Selection Process
