Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Computer Science and Engineering / IT / AI & ML / AI & DS
- M.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. [R] / M.S. [R] (after B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / IT / Equivalent with a valid GATE/NET score.
- B.Tech (AI and ML) with minimum 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
- B.Tech / B.E. in CSE / IT with GATE score in CS / IT / AI & DS and CGPA above 7.0/10 or marks above 65%.
- M.Sc. (with GATE/NET) or MCA (with GATE/NET) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Equivalent with CGPA 6.5/10 or 60% marks.
Age Limit & Relaxations
- Maximum age limit: 28 years.
- Age relaxation: 5 years for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates; 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
