4. Roles and Responsibilities About NHA:
a. National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India’s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called “Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana” & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of “National Digital Health Mission” to create a National Digital Health Eco-system
b. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.
5. Background about NDHM:
The National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) aims to develop interoperable IT platform to integrate all digital health solutions in India. It will be UPI equivalent in healthcare. NDHM was announced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 15th August 2020. Pilot has been launched. For more details candidates may visit : https://ndhm.gov.in
6. Job Description:
a. Be able to interpret written and audio pieces in different languages, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format, and tone by - reading and thoroughly understanding the context of the material using industry best practices such as specialized dictionaries and translation tools proofreading and refining finished pieces of work
b. Read given material and research industry-specific terminology Convert text and audio recordings from one language to one or more others while ensuring that translated content conveys original meaning and tone
c. Prepare subtitles for videos, online presentations, and other such content Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
d. Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs Have proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
e. Fluency in at least two languages in addition to your native language – Hindi and English at a minimum Good knowledge of content editing tools and Familiarity with translation software
f. Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university or Institution BSc or certification in Translation, Interpreting or similar field such as Linguistics is a plus
