Educational Qualification: M.A, MPH

1. Post Name: Capacity Building Expert – PMJAY – DELHI

2. Essential Qualification:-Academic: Post Graduation in Management, Social Science, Public Health or other related subjects from the recognised university

3. Experience: 3 years of post- qualification experience of which at least 1 years of experience in capacity development activities in development or academic or health sector

4. Desirable Qualification :-

a. Experience in health sector capacity development at national or state level is desirable Familiarity with Skill India framework ofMSDE is desirable

b. Design & Implementation of Capacity Development (CD)need assessments for NHA stakeholders

c. Preparation of Divisional annual plans in consultation with other experts in the division

d. Design and develop institutional strengthening initiatives for National, State & District level in coordination with Administration division

e. Ensure continuous feedback system from stakeholders and suggest measures for improvement

f. Monitoring of CD related activities and preparation of progress / analytical reports

g. Support other capacity development related activities undertaken by National Health Authority
