Skills / Eligibility

1. Name of the Post: Program Manager CRM – UIDAI

2. Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA

3. Mandatory:

a) Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience

b) Minimum 5 years of Project Management

c) 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM and related applications in reputed organizations. Preferably Open Source based CRM or MS Dynamics CRM

4. Desirable (Added Advantage):

a) 3-5 years of experience in "Avaya Communication Systems"

b) Experience in e-Governance projects including understanding of various government processes / RFPs / Contract and Vendor Management.

c) Experience in managing complex relationships (Customer, Partners and Vendors) and Large / Diverse teams.
