1. Position: Manager (HR & Recruitments)

2. Location: Bangalore, Delhi

3. Mode of Employment: Contractual

4. Duration: 3 years

5. Work days and work hours: 5 Day week.9:30am – 6:00pm

6. CTC: 6 – 15 LPA

7. Job Description:

• Able to handle multiple clients, vendors at the same time.
• Hands – on experience in handling end to end recruitment life cycle.
• Hands – on experience in working on paid job portals, Application Tracking systems.
• Proven work experience in IT recruitment in hiring multiple technologies and designations.
• Should be able to monitor, assist their team in finding right candidates and report on their performance.
• Maintain a record of complete hiring process.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs when required.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
• Should be able to handle salary negotiations effectively.

8. Educational Qualifications: Regular full time bachelor degree in any specialization with 2years regular full time MBA with specialization in Human resources from institutes/universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.

9. Experience: 5 years and above

10. Skill Set: Good knowledge in MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Strong Verbal and written communication skills, Time management, Salary negotiations.

11. Required : Technical recruiter with 5 years and above experience

12. Desirable: B. Tech (IT/CSE)/BSc computer science + MBA preferred
