National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) invites applications from qualified candidates for Innovation by Youth with Disabilities (I-YwD) under Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) to work as “PART TIME CONSULTANT - IYWD project”. Educational qualifications alone will not suffice, as this position is for serving special needs populations. Commitment and a desire to make a difference in the lives of the special population will be needed to be successful in the below positions.

1. Post Name: Part-Time Consultant

2. Basic qualification:

a) Post-graduation with minimum 3 years of experience or Graduation with minimum 5 years’ experience in running an NGO/ enterprise /working in educational or developmental projects.

b) Proficiency in written English

3. Desirable

a) Experience working on disability related themes

b) Experience in executing or facilitating start-ups

c) Oriented in design thinking and other related innovation frameworks.

d) Fluency in Malayalam and Indian Sign Language.

e) Expertise in handling Social media platforms and Learning Management Systems.
