National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) invites applications from qualified candidates for Innovation by Youth with Disabilities (I-YwD) under Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) to work as “Part Time Consultant - IYWD project”. Educational qualifications alone will not suffice, as this position is for serving special needs populations. i., Commitment and a desire to make a difference in the lives of the special population will be needed to be successful in the below positions. 1. Post Name: Part Time Consultant 2. Basic qualification: a. Post-graduation with minimum 3 years of experience or Graduation with minimum 5 years’ experience in running an NGO/ enterprise /working in educational or developmental projects. b. Proficiency in written English 3. Desirable a. Experience working on disability related themes b. Experience in executing or facilitating start-ups c. Oriented in design thinking and other related innovation frameworks. d. Fluency in Malayalam and Indian Sign Language. e.
