Research Associate-I / Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 Post

• Ph.D. in a relevant area (Materials Science / Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or an allied discipline)
• Research background or publications in coatings, ceramics, thermal barrier materials, or high-temperature materials preferred

Technical Assistant (TA) – 2 Posts

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute
• Candidates with a background in Science/Engineering and prior laboratory/hands-on experimental experience will be preferred

Contract Duration: The positions are initially for 1 year, extendable or co-terminus with the project duration (up to a maximum of 2 years), subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Step 1 – Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and submitted documents.
• Step 2 – Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date and mode of interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
• No written screening test is conducted unless the number of shortlisted candidates is significantly large.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
