National Institute of Technology Meghalaya (NIT Meghalaya) has released a recruitment notification for the position of Guest Faculty in the Computer Science and Engineering Department. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline before the last date.

Eligibility for Guest Faculty

• Essential Qualification: Ph.D. (completed or thesis submitted) in CSE department or related department.
• Specialization: C++, Python, App Design, Computer Graphics, Data Communication, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automata and Formal Languages.

Salary / Stipend

The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 65,000 per month or as per the institute rule. No other emoluments, medical reimbursement, allowances, pension, or gratuity are applicable. Free hostel accommodation on a shared basis will be provided, if required. Institute bus to travel between Shillong and Sohra is also available.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the verification of documents and an interview. The interview will be conducted in online mode. Incomplete forms will not be considered for shortlisting.
