Applications are invited from the Indian nationals for the following position as details given under the research Project titled, "Design and Development of Emerging Nanoelectronic Transistor Based Physically Unclonable Functions (PUFs) as the

i. Security Primitive Elements for IoT Devices" Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, under the supervision of Dr. Meena Panchore, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar, India, for a period of 36 months (Three Years) or whenever the project gets completed. Date of commencement of the project is 14th March 2022.

1. Post Name: Junior research fellow (JRF)

2. No of Post: 01(one)

3. Salary: Rs. 31000/- (Thirty-one thousand consolidated only) + 16% HRA per month for the first two years (counted from the date of joining) and 35000/- (Thirty-five thousand consolidated only) + 16% HRA per month thereafter till the completion of project.

4. Educational qualification: Candidates should have ME/MTech in the discipline of ECE (Microelectronics/ VLSI/ Nanotechnology) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA with GATE qualified.

5. Desirable requirements: The Applicants are desired to know the basics of digital circuits, memory devices, fabrication, characterization and modeling of emerging nanoelectronic transistor, PUFs, IOT devices, good knowledge of SPICE simulator and Verilog/ VHDL.
