• Essential: B.E./B.Tech. or M.Sc./M.S. or M.E./M.Tech. in ECE/EE/EIE/relevant area with GATE qualification. Non-GATE candidates are also encouraged to apply; fellowship will vary for non-GATE candidates as per ANRF guidelines.
• Experience: Knowledge in Semiconductor Devices, Nano/microelectronics, Thin Film Deposition, Device Fabrication, Electrical Characterization and TCAD simulation.
