Hiring of Professionals for National Institute of Urban Management NIUM is inviting applications for eligible professionals for following positions:

1. Position : Social Media Manager

2. Roles and Responsibilities

a. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube Customisation of the content to suit different channels

b. Create engaging multimedia content and/or manage and monitor the quality of content when the creation of the content is outsourced Develop, launch and manage campaigns

c. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights

d. Recommend improvements to increase performance Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the business unit Manage Responses from Social Media Accounts

3. Desired Candidate Profile

a. Education preferably an MBA with training in Social Media/ Digital Marketing

b. Graduates or Post Graduates in other streams with hands on experience in social media/ digital marketing can also apply

c. Should be proficient in English and/or Telugu written communication

4. Number of Positions: 2 Positions

5. Experience: 0-3 years 

6. Salary (Per Year): 9L to 12L
