Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
General Criteria: Officers of Central/State Government, UTs, Statutory/Autonomous Organisations, or PSUs are eligible. The period of deputation ordinarily shall not exceed three years. Maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date.
- System Analyst: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc-Engg. (Electronics & Comm/Computer/IT) or M.Sc (IT) or MCA with at least two years Programming Experience in .NET/PHP/Database/C++/JAVA.
- Survey Officer: Senior Secondary (12th) pass and Diploma/Certificate (min. 2 years) in Surveying OR Diploma in Civil Engineering, with two years' experience in surveying.
- Architectural Drawing Officer: Degree in Architecture or Diploma from a recognised University/Institute, with at least three years of experience in architecture.
- Photo Officer: Bachelor's degree in Photography with at least five years' experience in photography.
- Stenographer Grade-II: 12th class or equivalent with at least three years of experience in assisting an officer in routine work.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be based on deputation. Applications forwarded by the concerned Ministry/Department/Organisation will be scrutinised. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or for joining the post. The appointment will be on deputation basis including short-term contract.

Interested and eligible officers must apply through their parent department. The application in prescribed proforma (Annexure A) must be forwarded to the undersigned with the following documents:
- Attested copies of APARs for the last five years.
- Certificate to the effect that they are clear from Vigilance angle.
- Integrity Certificate.
- Major/Minor Penalty statement for the last ten years (Annexure B).
