1. Post Name: Incharge Application Development

2. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) TOGAF Certification (Desirable - not a must)

3. Experience - At least 12 years’ experience in Java & J2EE Technologies in building highly scalable platforms.

4. Key responsibilities: Experience in Full Stack development in enterprise software environment using Java & J2EE technologies: Having sufficient design experience in a complex enterprise software environment. 12+ years of software experience with designing and developing java and j2EE solutions Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding Conceptual understanding of the Enterprise

a. Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent Good exposure to various Design patterns (both J2EE and Gang of Four)n Very good working knowledge of UML and hands-on experience in at least one of the UML tools Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, REST, SQL Good knowledge of Open Source tools a must. Strong experience in relational database and SQL.

b. Knowledge of NosQL is a must. Strong experience in data streaming solutions like KAFKA and in-memory DB such as REDIS. Should be a good team player - Needs to work with Architects/ technical leads/ business leads to arrive at solutions and deliver cost effectively. Needs to handle technical teams for managing and delivering technology solutions Must have good Verbal and written communication skills

5. Desirables: Prior experience in Consulting, designing large- size projects and software delivery in agile mode.
