1. Position: Senior Associate/ Lead

2. Experience: - 5+ years

3. Location: - Mumbai

4. Duties/Responsibilities:

a. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

b. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

c. Analyzes trends and HR metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.

d. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

e. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

f. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

g. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

h. Conducts New joinee induction and manages on boarding process ,

i. Able to run promotions process and enables job rotations through dialogue with business teams .

j. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

k. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

l. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

m. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

n. Performs other related duties as assigned.
