NPC, Head Quarter (HQ), New Delhi invites applications from eligible person(s) for the functional role, as detailed below, purely on contractual basis. 1. Post Name: Senior Consultant 2. Essential Qualification: Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 3. Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 4. Experience: Experience of working in Manpower Planning, Incentive Scheme etc. Knowledge of Tamil language (spoken, reading, writing) is preferred 5. Work responsibilities: a. Evaluate and finalize field data collected by NPC team to arrive at production norms. b. Review and finalize manpower deployment required for direct and indirect functions. c. Collect any other data for designing incentive scheme if required. d. Design draft incentive scheme for all lines and functions. e. Present draft incentive scheme, testing, evaluation, and finalization. 6. Others: Type of Engagement: Part Time Place of Deployment: Tamil Nadu State Number of persons required:01 (One) Contract Period: Three Months (Apr, 2022 to June, 2022) 7. Remuneration: INR 6000/- per day; Max INR 90,000/- per month

1. In case the performance of the contractual person is not satisfactory, or she/he fails to perform/carry out the functions entrusted or otherwise, or she/he is found in-disciplined or wanting, NPC may terminate the contract at any time without giving any notice and also without assigning any reason thereof
2. The contractual person shall be required to produce original documents and certificates in support of her/his age, qualification and experience at the time of joining failing which her/his offer of engagement shall stand withdrawn
3. NPC reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this advertisement at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever

The council provide services like Consultancy, Training, Research, Productivity promotion, etc to promote business such as Agriculture, Economic Services, Energy Management, Environment Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering,Technology Management. To increase production by viewed in the context and not in the conventional sense of more production increase with constant resources.
