Applications are invited to recruit vacant position in the Department of Forest Products and Utilization, College of Forestry, ACHF, NAU, Navsari in the project on “Ecological status and socioeconomic efficacy of mahua resources in Valsad district” funded by Gujarat Forestry Research Foundation, (GFRF), GoG.

3. Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Forestry
4. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in forest products related research work and ready to travel in forest areas for field work
5. Emolument: Rs.31,000/- PM + 10% HRA (for candidates with NET qualification) Rs.25,000/- PM + 10% HRA (for candidates without NET qualification)
6. Job requirements: Project involves extensive field work to assess the ecological status of mahua population and questioner survey for socioeconomic benefits of mahua resources in south Gujarat.
Pay Scale: INR 25000 - 31000(Per Month)
Age Limit: 35 years for male and 40 years for female candidates
Selection Procedure
Selected candidates can be discontinued owing to administrative reasons at any time by issue of one week's notice. They may also leave the assignment on their own violation, by giving one week's notice. At the end of contract period, the appointee has no right to claim any employment or engagement in the NAU.
