Applications are invited to recruit vacant position in Department of Silviculture and Agroforestry, College of Forestry, NAU, Navsari in the project on "Development of Industrial Agroforestry Models for South Gujarat Region" funded by the Government of Gujarat (GOG). Eigible candidates may send their candidature in the prescribed form available in University website www.nau.in, so as to reach Principal, College of Forestry (ACHF), Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari - 396450, Gujarat, on or before 21/03/2022 by super scribing "Application for SRF in Development of Industrial Agroforestry Models for South Gujarat Region" on top of the envelope cover for this advertisement.

3. Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. (Forestry) Preference will be given to M.Sc. (Forestry) Specialization in Silviculture & Agroforestry.
4. Desirable: Relevant knowledge of fast-growing tree species and their interaction with crops, Silviculture technology. Knowledge of computers is desirable.
5. Emolument| (Fixed) : Rs.31 ,000/- HRA for & 2nd Year & Rs.35000/- PM+IO% HRA For Year onwards.
6. Job requirements: Field studies. maintenance and data recording of crop and tree for growth and yield as per objective and schedule of the project. Executing all scheduled tasks in field, periodic observation and data entry and other work related to ro•ect.
Pay Scale: INR 31000 - 35000(Per Month)
Age Limit: 35 years for men and 40 for women
Selection Procedure
Selected candidates can be discontinued owing to administrative reasons at any time by issue of one week's notice. They may also leave the assignment on their own violation, by giving one week's notice. At the end of the contract period, the appointee has no right to claim any employment or engagement in the NAU.
