Assistant Library and Information Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute; Desirable:
(i) Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University or Institute.
(ii) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Two years' professional experience in a library under the Central or State Government or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution.
Pay Scale:
INR
67,700-2,08,700/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 56 Years.

NCOF came into force in 2004, for implementing National Project on Organic Farming (NPOF) along with its Regional Centres.
National Centre for Organic Farming has been renamed as National Centre for Organic and Natural Farming (NCONF), Ghaziabad in March 2022 with five Regional Centres for Organic and Natural Farming (RCONFs) located at Ghaziabad (North Zone), Bengaluru (South Zone), Bhubaneshwar (East Zone), Nagpur (West and Central) and Imphal (North East zone).
