NCRTC requires Labour Welfare Executive/ Inspectors on Re-employment basis. Applications are invited from retired persons, worked as Labour Welfare Officer/ Inspector in Govt. organisations/ instrumentalities, PSUs/ Metro Rail. The detail of the posts is given below:-
VACANCY NOTICE (No.10/2022)
1. Name of the post: Labour Welfare Executive (E0) / Labour Welfare Inspector (NE8/ NE7)
2. Number of posts: 02 (Two)
3. Qualification, Eligibility and Experience:
a) Qualification- Graduate & preferably holding Degree/ Diploma related to labour Laws.
b) Last working level-Should have superannuated from the level of-
c) For Labour Welfare Executive (E0) - from CDA Matrix L8, Rs.47600-151100/ IDA E1 pay scale Rs.40000-140000. or
d) For Labour Welfare Inspector (NE8) - from CDA Matrix L7, Rs.44900-142400/IDA E0 scale Rs.30000-120000. or
e) For Labour Welfare Inspector (NE7) - from CDA Matrix L6, Rs.35400-112400/IDA NE-8 Scale 29500-105850.
f) Experience- - Should have minimum 20 years’ work experience, out of which minimum 5 years’ experience should be as Labour Welfare Officer/ Inspector or dealt with labour laws compliances in a Govt. organisation, PSUs involved in infrastructure development. Experience of working with Railways/ Metro Rail will be preferred.
4. Remuneration: As per the Corporation’s policy.
5. Term of employment: 06 (Six) months/ Terminable with a notice of one month from either side.

Candidates are required to upload recent passport sized photograph (not more than 3 months old), scanned signature and scanned copies of the supporting documents. (In case of difficulty in submission of online application, the same may be submitted on the prescribed format given below.)
1. The application should be supported with scanned copies of the following documents:-
a) Educational Certificates (Matriculation onwards)
b) Copy of PPO
c) Last Salary Slip
d) Experience related certificate/s.
Application without supporting certificates/ documents, as mentioned above, shall be summarily rejected.
