Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Assistant Manager/ Human Resource

  • Essential Qualification: M.B.A. (HR)/ P.G. Degree/ Diploma in Management (HR) or its equivalent (Full Time).
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience. Experience on a post/ level shall be counted from the date of assumption of charge. Teaching or freelancing experience shall not be considered as qualifying experience.
  • Age Limit: 40 years (as on 14-01-2026).
  • Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Selection Process

  • The selection process will comprise a Written Test/ CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage).
  • Merit list will be prepared based on the combined score of Written Test and Interview.
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 60%.
  • Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the interview.
  • Document verification will be done before the Interview.
