  • Essential Qualification: MBA (HR)/PG Degree/PG Diploma in Management (HR) or its equivalent (Full Time).
  • Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Central/State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Bodies.
  • Required Pay Scale: Working in CDA Pay scale Rs. 78800-209200 (L12) or above OR Rs. 67700-208700 (L11) OR IDA Pay scale Rs. 70000-200000 (E4) or above OR Rs. 60000-180000 (E3).
  • Service Bond: Rs. 2 Lakhs + GST to serve for minimum 2 years.
