Eligibility Criteria for NCRTC Consultant Electrical

Candidates must ensure they meet the following criteria as on 23/03/2026:

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from a UGC recognized Indian University or AICTE approved course.
• Equivalence certificates required if claiming equivalent qualifications.

2. Experience Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of work experience in Electrical utility shifting, contract management, project planning, and execution.
• Experience in operation & maintenance, strategic policy planning, and corporate-level exposure is mandatory.
• Scale of Pay at Superannuation: CDA 6 years in pay scale Rs. 78,800-20,9200 (L12) or above OR IDA Rs. 90,000-240,000 (E6) or above.

3. Age Limit

Maximum age is 65 years as on 23/03/2026.
