Essential Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent (Full Time) from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution.

Desirable Qualification

• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil construction, preferably in elevated viaducts, underground tunnels, stations, and depot works.
• Experience in handling FIDIC/Non-FIDIC contracts, quality assurance, and contract documentation.

Pay Scale Requirement (for Immediate Absorption)

• Currently working in CDA scale: Rs. 56,100-1,77,500 (L10) or Rs. 53,100-1,67,800 (L9) or above; OR last 3 years in Rs. 47,600-1,51,100 (L18).
• OR currently working in IDA scale: Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2) or above; OR last 3 years in Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 (E1).
