National eGovernance Division (NeGD) Invites Application for Senior Backend Developer Recruitment 2022

a) Designation: Senior Backend Developer

b) Education Qualifications: B.E/B.TECH/MCA or any Equivalent Degree with excellent analytical and software development skill

c) Key Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Development.

2. Ownership, Responsibility, Leadership with positive attitude.

3. Desire to help others resolve problems and issues.

4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and commitments concurrently.

5. Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

6. Commitment to the organization’s goals and values.

7. Minimum 4 years of experience on writing python jobs for data processing.

8. At least 8 years of experience on PHP and PHP based frameworks.

9. More than 2 years of experience on AWS components on container based applications

10. Handled a team of at least 3 members in the past

d) Knowledge & Experience - 10-15 years of experience in IT Industry with good hands on coding experience

1. Excellent in PHP, Python Scripting and NoSql database

2. Experience and working hands on AWS stack (S3, EC2, ECS etc)

3. Database programming using any flavors of NoSql and SQL databases

4. Exposure across all the SDLC process, including testing and deployment

5. Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter

6. Ability to work with a global team of consulting professionals across multiple projects

7. Inclination towards helping an organization to understand application architectures and integration approaches, to architect advanced cloud-based solutions, and to help launch the build-out of those systems

8. Passion for educating, training, designing, and building end-to-end systems for a diverse and challenging set of customers to success

9. Good to have knowledge of Airflow, ELK, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark

e) Responsibilities

1. Guide team to develop restful scalable APIs and deploy micro services on AWS

2. Write python based backend scripts for large volume of data processing

3. Maintain and review code quality and make it scalable

4. Provide architecture solutions and implement it

5. Handle a team of at least 5 persons
