Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

Eligibility for Sr. Consultant (Finance)

• Essential: Passed in the final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India respectively.
• Experience: Should have at least 16 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts. Preferably in Corporate Financial Management and Planning, Financial Analysis & Reporting Project Appraisal, Project Financing & Monitoring, Capital Budgeting, Costing, Budgetary Control, Treasury Management, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Foreign Exchange Management. Exposure of working in ERP package like SAP, Oracle etc would be an added advantage.
• Skills: Candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent oral as well as written communication skills. Should be self-driven and effective team leader.
• Age Limit: 45 years

Eligibility for Consultant (Finance)

• Essential: Passed in the final examination of CA / ICWA OR Bachelor’s Degree (in First Class) with MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute/ University.
• Experience: Should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience working in various areas such as Financial Management, Costing, Audit, Budgetary Controls, Treasury Management, Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, Capital Expenditure Control.
• Age Limit: 35 years

Eligibility for Young Consultant- Ground Segment

• Essential: BE / B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Elect. & Tele-comm. / Computer Science from Govt. recognized University.
• Experience: Should have at least 2 years post qualification of experience in Satcom related field viz. realization and maintenance requirement of different satellite earth / stations, satellite data processing systems and communication links. Preparation and technical evaluation of different techno commercial documents / agreements / contracts.
• Age Limit: 30 years

Eligibility for Consultant (HR & ADMIN)

• Essential: Full Time Bachelor's Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with Full Time PG Degree / MBA/ MSW/ MA [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ etc.
• Experience: Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the area of Human Resources in Public Sector Organizations/ Joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/ State Govt/ Private Sector.
• Age Limit: 35 years

Eligibility for Consultant (Purchase & Store)

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree [in First Class or equivalent CGPA] with MBA [In First Class or equivalent CGPA] in Operations/ Materials Management/International Business.
• Experience: Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience in the area of Procurement, International Logistics and Inventory Management in Public Sector Organizations/ Joint ventures of PSEs/Central Govt/ State Govt/ Private Sector.
• Age Limit: 35 years

Eligibility for Young Consultant (Electronics & Communication)

• Essential: BE/B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Government recognized University.
• Experience: Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable). Experience in satellite communication/RF Engineering/Semi-Conductor related field will be added advantages.
• Age Limit: 30 years

Eligibility for Young Consultant (Mechanical)

• Essential: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized University.
• Experience: Should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field (higher experience is preferable). Experience in design/analysis/fabrication/testing of satellites and aerospace hardware and related fields will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: 30 years

Eligibility for Consultant (SATCOM)

• Essential: BE / B Tech (Electronics & Comm)/MTech in Electronics/ communication or training programme on SATCOM Certificates credentials or licenses related to Satellite communication.
• Experience: Should have at least 4 years post qualification experience for BE/ B Tech or 2 yrs for MTech/ PG Diploma in SATCOM related field.
• Age Limit: 35 years

Eligibility for Consultant (EO)

• Essential: M. Tech/Post Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS or equivalent.
• Experience: Should have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Age Limit: 30 years

Eligibility for Consultant - Cyber Security

• Essential: 1st class Full Time B.E./ B.Tech. from recognized University/Institute in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA. AND Specialization in Cyber Security at M. Tech or PhD level or certifications in anyone of CEH, CCSP, CISSP, Comp TIA CySA +, GSEC, OSCP, CISM.
• Experience: Should have minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in the following areas: 1. Possess and maintain broad technical and business knowledge of all aspects of IT Infrastructure security. 2. Experience on Core security technologies (Next Gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, SNMPv3, EDR, Syslog) and technical knowledge on SOC. 3. Experience on handling of security threats/threat Intelligence tools. 4. Experience on VAPT tools. 5. Knowledge on monitoring and managing Threat Intelligence Platform. 6. Knowledge of conducting digital forensic analysis.
• Age Limit: 35 years

Eligibility for Consultant- System and Application

• Essential: 1st class Full Time B.E./ B.Tech from recognized University/Institute in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
