Eligibility for Airport Director
- Essential: Full time/Part time degree (course duration of minimum 3 years or more) with Maths / Physics as one of the subjects of study from a recognized university/board.
- Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Aviation Industry. A minimum of 5 continuous years in Airport Operations, Air Traffic Services, or DGCA Licensing related works. Candidates should have served in E6 or equivalent grade or as a Commissioned Officer in defense.
- Desirable: Proficiency in English and Tamil, working knowledge of Hindi. Willingness to travel for liaison with authorities like DGCA, BCAS, and IMD.

- Maximum Age: 62 years (as on 01/12/2025).
