Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential: Must be a Retired Canteen Manager from CSIR / Central Government / Central Autonomous Bodies (CAB) / Central Government PSUs.
- Must have worked as a Canteen Manager during their service tenure.
- Mandatory Document: Must possess a valid Pension Payment Order (PPO).
2. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not more than 64 years and 6 months as on the last date of receipt of application (16.02.2026).
- Cut-off Date: Age is calculated based on the date of application submission (16.02.2026).
3. Scope of Work
The selected Consultant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining mandatory records (Cash Book, Bill Book, Stock Register, Sales Register, etc.).
- Managing Hygiene, Crockery, Utensils, and Material Registers.
- Overall supervision and management of NIScPR Canteen operations.
- Ensuring compliance with canteen management standards and government guidelines.
Selection Process
The recruitment is conducted through a Screening-cum-Selection Committee. Since this is a direct recruitment, there is no written exam.
