Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Senior Lead/Lead

  • Essential: Masters' Degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Passed in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years).
  • Experience: Age and post essential qualification experience (which shall include up to 03 years for Ph.D. provided no work experience is counted during those 03 years) in formulation, appraisal, execution / implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects is required.
  • Age Limit: Senior Lead: 40 to 52 years; Lead: 35 to 50 years.
  • Desirable: Ph.D in any discipline of Law/ Maters' Degree in Law; Ph. D in Public Administration/Public Policy/Governance from a recognized University/Institute.

Eligibility for Senior Specialist/Specialist

  • Essential: Masters' Degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or Passed in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years).
  • Experience: Age and post essential qualification experience (which shall include up to 03 years for Ph.D. provided no work experience is counted during those 03 years) in formulation, appraisal, execution / implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects is required.
  • Age Limit: Senior Specialist: 33 to 50 years; Specialist: 30 to 50 years.
  • Desirable: Ph.D in any discipline of Law/ Maters' Degree in Law; Ph. D in Public Administration/Public Policy/Governance from a recognized University/Institute.

Eligibility for Senior Associate/ Associate
