Online applications are invited through the online system on the ICMR-NARI website up to 15/02/2022 for the following post under the project entitled, "Understanding antiretroviral drug resistance and HIV genotypes among HIV infected female sex workers and people who inject drugs in Mizoram". The post is purely on a temporary basis and the selected candidate will be stationed at Aizawl, Mizoram for study-related work during the project tenure.

3. Essential Qualification: Graduate in Anthropology/ Population Science/ Social Work/ Psychology/ MPH/ Health Sciences from a recognized university with three years' work experience from a recognized institution OR Master's degree in the relevant subject
4. Desirable Qualification : 3 years of experience including training, counseling, etc. in Government hospitals/centers in rural areas. Candidate must know the Mizo language for counseling of the study participants
5. Job Requirement : Community engagement in rural population for biomedical research on HIV, to train the site staff for data collection, to visit the sites for study monitoring etc. communicate with the study Pl on regular basis
6. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/-

Selection Procedure

The selected candidate should be willing to join immediately. Local candidates will be given preference. Director, ICMR-NARI reserves the right to shortlist the candidates to be interviewed. The appointing authority has the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in th is matter will be entertained.
