Educational Qualification:
- Engineering Disciplines: B.E./B.Tech in Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Computer & IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy.
- Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
- Human Resources: MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, Sociology, IR, HRM, etc.
- Computer & IT: MCA / Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Note: Final-year students are also eligible, provided they produce the final qualifying certificate before the Group Discussion and Interview.
Experience:Not required.
Skills:As per the relevant discipline.
Age Limit (as on 11.08.2026):Maximum 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and departmental candidates as per Government of India rules.
Salary:
- During Training: Basic Pay ₹50,000 + DA.
- After Training (Assistant Manager): Pay Scale ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (IDA), Cafeteria Perquisites, PF, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Benefits, and other allowances.
Selection Procedure: Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD), Interview, Document Verification, and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Final merit is based on: CBT (70% weightage), GD (15%), and Interview (15%).
