Eligibility Criteria for Advisor (Excavation)

Essential Qualification & Experience

• Must be a retired executive from Coal India Limited (CIL), its subsidiaries, PSUs, or Government Organizations.
• Must have retired from E-8 Grade (General Manager) or E-9 Grade (Executive Director).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring performance and availability of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
• Assisting in the procurement process for high-capacity HEMM.
• Providing technical guidance on major overhaul/rehabilitation of machines.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Evaluating and improving workshops and maintenance systems.

Salary and Benefits

Candidates selected for the position will receive the following:

• Honorarium: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month for Retirees from E-9 Grade; Rs. 1,20,000/- per month for Retirees from E-8 Grade.
• Accommodation: Furnished company accommodation will be provided (subject to availability).
• Conveyance: A vehicle will be provided for official use.
• Medical: Medical benefits applicable to retired executives of CIL.

Selection Process
