Educational Qualification: Consultant: Medical Graduate with MD (Community Medicine / PSM / CHA) / MPH Or Equivalent. Coordinator: Graduate in Health Science / Post Graduate in Biological Sciences Or Equivalent.

Pay Scale: INR 60000-120000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 63 Years.
