- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering; OR Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration; OR equivalent professional qualification including CA or CFA from CFA Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience in the BFSI/Insurance/Pension Fund sector with demonstrated exposure to complex financial products and services (investments, treasury operations, fund management, or related functions).
