Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in Power/Steel/Refinery/Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/Cement sector, including minimum 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in Mechanical area.
- Deputy Manager (C&I Erection): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in specified sectors, including minimum 3 years site experience in Erection/Maintenance/Commissioning in C&I area.
- Deputy Manager (Civil Construction): B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Construction with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 10 years post-qualification executive experience in specified sectors, including minimum 3 years site experience in Civil Construction.
- General: All qualifications must be full-time from recognized Indian institutions. Upper age limit is 43 years for all posts. Experience must be possessed as on the last date of online application.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Shortlisting will be based on qualification, experience, and other criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written or computer-based test and/or personal interview, as determined by NTPC management. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
