Educational Qualification

• Required: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any Discipline) from a reputed Institute/College/University.

Experience Requirements (Mandatory)

• Must be a retired official from the Govt./PSU/Private sector.

• Language: Good communication skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of local languages of Northeastern states is an advantage.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively in operational areas.

Selection Process

Since this is a recruitment for a Consultant position on a contract basis, there is no written exam.

Salary / Honorarium Structure

Candidates selected for the Consultant (Land) post will receive the following monthly honorarium:

• Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 1,50,000/- (Lump Sum).
• Inclusions: The lump sum includes local conveyance, telephone, and internet expenses.
• Leave: Entitled to 20 days paid leave for every 12 months (pro-rata basis, non-cumulative).
• Travel: Travel/Boarding/Lodging during official tours outside the place of posting will be reimbursed as per the equivalent Grade.
• Taxes: Income Tax will be deducted at source. Applicable GST (if any) will be borne by the Company.
